Mermaid’s Dream is the ideal home base for your Myrtle Beach vacation. This fully equipped house with a back patio is your home away from home. 400 Mbps high-speed internet is available throughout the house (plus a desk in each bedroom), so you can stay productive while enjoying your time at the beach! After parking in one of your two parking spots, pass through the front porch to enter the living/dining room. There you will find a sofa, a 48" HD smart TV with Roku (you can access any streaming account you have), and a dining table with seating for four, plus counter seating for two. Just beyond is the fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, tableware, and cookware). Off the kitchen is the utility room with a washer and dryer, cleaning amenities, and beach chairs. Continue toward the back and find a full bathroom with a shower, a door to the back patio, and a staircase. The fenced, private back patio features a table and chairs, an umbrella, and a charcoal grill. Moving upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms plus a full bathroom with a tub and shower off the hallway. The front bedroom features a queen bed, a 37" HDTV with Roku, a desk, a dresser, and a closet. The back bedroom accommodates a queen bed, a twin bunk bed, a 37" HDTV with Roku, a desk, a dresser, and a closet. When you’re ready to live that mermaid life and get in the water, you’ll find the pool steps away, just across the parking area. For the beach, walk 800 feet east to beach access or about 1,000 feet to Hurl Rocks Park. At both beach access points, you’ll find ramps to the beach, perfect for getting your beach wagon on the sand!

The Mermaid's Dream Short-Term Rental Agreement is a contract between guests and the host for renting a 2-bedroom property in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The agreement is in effect from the reservation date until the end of the stay. The property is fully furnished and includes amenities such as beds, linens, towels, and kitchenware. Guests also have access to the community pool. However, beach towels are not provided. The maximum occupancy is 8 people, and parties or subleasing are not allowed. Check-in time is 4 pm, and guests can enter the property using a key code. Check-out time is 10 am on the last day. Guests must comply with local laws, HOA rules, and the terms of the agreement. Smoking and pets are prohibited. Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and reporting any damages or issues. They must remove trash before leaving. The host may enter the property for repairs or inspections with 24 hours' notice or in case of an emergency. Reservations are generally non-refundable unless booked through a third-party platform with its own cancellation policy. Guests should consider travel insurance. Failure to vacate the property on time may result in fees and legal costs.

Our house is professionally cleaned by a local resident after every stay. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We are happy to try our best to accommodate mid-stay cleaning requests if the cleaner is available for an additional cleaning fee. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, but for the health and safety of our guests we do NOT provide any consumable products like food/coffee/oil/drinks/etc. There is a walmart grocery store 1 block away where guests can easily stock up on all food items.
