You'll arrive at Mermaid's Delight to find a large open covered bonus space with picnic table and bench for hanging out on those hot summer days. Under the stairs leading to the front door you will find a treasure trove of beach toys and chairs to enjoy during your stay. As you ease through the electronic keypad accessed front door you will first find the main level bedroom on your left, which boasts 2 twin over full bunkbeds, then on your right you will find the main level full bathroom as you make your way to the open kitchen, dining, and living room. From the open common area you can go through one of two large sliding glass doors that invite you to relax on the first level deck. You can easily walk through the gate on the main level deck, down the stairs to find yourself with two great options: jump in the pool or walk onto the beach (can't go wrong!). Back inside the house, head upstairs to the second level to find the back bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed attached to a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom shared with the 2nd master bedroom. Down the hall you will pass the washer/dryer laundry closet as you arrive at the 2nd master bedroom. Enjoy full ocean views from the 2nd master bedroom while you relax in the king size bed or twin day bed, or open the large sliding glass door to spend some time on the second level deck watching for your mermaid friends! Across the hall is the master bedroom with private full en suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed, work space, and large sliding glass door to the second level balcony.

This rental agreement is for a property located at 1426 N Waccamaw Dr, Garden City Beach, SC 29576, known as The Property. The agreement is between Independence Properties 2016, LLC ("Host") and Guests who have made a fully paid reservation. The agreement is in effect from the time of reservation until the reserved dates are completed. The Property is a furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-family home. It includes amenities such as beds, pillows, comforters, utilities (power/sewer/water/trash/internet), kitchen dinnerware, basic cookware, and lnens (bed sheets, bath towels, etc.) are provided. Guests also have access to the amenities of the Portofino I community, including a seasonally heated pool and beach access, but the Host is not responsible if these amenities are unavailable. Guests will be provided with a key code for access to the property. The maximum occupancy is 16 persons, including children of all ages. Parties and subleasing are not allowed. Check-in time is 4 pm on the first day of the reservation, and check-out time is 10 am on the last day. Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and rules set by the Portofino I Homeowner's Association (HOA). Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property's condition and cleanliness. They must remove trash and report any damage or defects to the Host. Guests are liable for any damage caused and may incur additional cleaning charges if necessary. The Host or their representatives may enter the property for repairs, inspections, or pest treatments with 24-hour notice or in emergencies. Cancellation of reservations is generally non-refundable unless booked through a third-party system with a different cancellation policy. Guests must vacate the property on the completion date and time of their reservation, or eviction notice due to violation of the agreement. Failure to comply may result in fees of $1,000 per day and other associated costs borne by the Guest.

Home rental includes linens, pillows, comforters, and blankets. Bed linens, kitchen, and bath towels are provided by a 3rd party service delivered to the home upon your arrival. Beach towels are not included in the rental. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare and enjoy your meals, however, no consumable products (oil, coffee, etc.) are provided for the health and safety of our guests. All bedrooms include TVs with Rokus for you to stream your preferred subscription service. House boasts mesh WiFi throughout powered by HTC Fiber 500Mbpsx500Mbps internet. Most other homes in the neighborhood only have 20Mbps cable internet. 10 houses share the private pool, which is heated starting the April through October.
