You’ll arrive at Siren's Song and Mermaid's Delight to find the large open covered bonus spaces with picnic table and bench for hanging out on those hot summer days. Under the stairs leading to the front door you will find a treasure trove of beach toys and chairs to enjoy during your stay. In each home as you ease through the electronic keypad accessed front doors you will first find the main level bedroom on your left, which boasts 2 twin over full bunkbeds, then on your right you will find the main level full bathroom as you make your way to the open kitchen, dining, and living room. From the open common area you can go through one of two large sliding glass doors that invite you to relax on the first level deck. You can easily walk through the gate on the main level deck, down the stairs to find yourself with two great options: jump in the pool or walk onto the beach (can’t go wrong!). Back inside the houses, head upstairs to the second level to find the back bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed attached to a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom shared with the 2nd master bedroom. Down the hall you will pass the washer/dryer laundry closet as you arrive at the 2nd master bedroom. Enjoy full ocean views from the 2nd master bedroom while you relax in the king size bed or twin daybed, or open the large sliding glass door to spend some time on the second level deck watching for your mermaid friends! Across the hall is the master bedroom with private full en suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed, work space, and large sliding glass door to the second level balcony.

The Short-Term Rental Agreement is a contract between guests and Independence Properties 2016, LLC for renting these two 4-bedroom properties in Garden City Beach, South Carolina. The agreement is in effect from the reservation date until the end of the stay. The properties are fully furnished single-family homes with amenities such as beds, utilities, kitchenware, and more. However, linens (bed sheets, bath towels, and beach towels) are not provided. Guests have access to community amenities, including a heated pool and beach access, but the host is not responsible if they are unavailable. Guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of booking for verification purposes to confirm their reservation. The maximum occupancy is 16 people per house, and parties and subleasing are not allowed. Check-in is at 4 p.m. on the first day, and guests can enter using a key code. Check-out is at 10 a.m. on the last day. Guests must follow local laws, HOA rules, and the terms of the agreement. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property's condition, removing trash, and reporting any damages. They are liable for any damage caused and may be charged for additional cleaning if necessary. The host may enter the property for repairs or inspections with 24 hours' notice or in emergencies. Guests must provide access to scheduled pest treatments. Cancellation of reservations is generally non-refundable unless booked through a third-party platform with its cancellation policy. Guests are advised to consider travel insurance. Failure to vacate the property on time may result in fees and legal costs.

Home rental includes pillows, comforters, and blankets. Linen service will bring a complete set of linens and towels delivered to the house for your convenience. Due to timing of linen service and cleaners prior to your arrival they are unable to put the linens on the individual beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare and enjoy your meals, however, no consumable products (oil, coffee, etc.) are provided for the health and safety of our guests. All TVs are equipped with Rokus for you to stream your preferred subscription service. House boasts mesh WiFi throughout powered by HTC Fiber 500Mbpsx500Mbps internet. Most other homes in the neighborhood only have 20Mbps cable internet. 10 houses share the private pool, which is heated from April through October.
