Two houses, side by side, with 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 21 beds for up to 31 guests. Ocean views from every level of both homes. In each house, both king rooms look out over the water and share a balcony, perfect for the first coffee of the day. The main levels open to decks with stairs down to the pool and the beach, so you can watch the kids in the water while you cook or relax. Each house has two king rooms, a bunk room for kids and cousins, and a back bedroom. At Siren's Song the back bedroom has a full bed and a twin bunk, and at Mermaid's Delight it has two bunks. Both kitchens are fully equipped, each house has its own laundry, and 500 Mbps fiber WiFi covers both homes. Each master suite has a work space and each bedroom has a Roku TV. Arrive to made beds, fresh towels, and starter supplies for the kitchens and baths. Yoga mats and a Pilates kit are ready in each house for morning workouts.

This rental agreement is for the properties located at 1418 N Waccamaw Dr and 1426 N Waccamaw Dr, Garden City Beach, SC 29576, known as The Properties. The agreement is between Independence Properties 2016, LLC ("Host") and Guests who have made a fully paid reservation. The agreement is in effect from the time of reservation until the reserved dates are completed. The Properties are two furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-family homes. They include amenities such as beds, pillows, comforters, utilities (power/sewer/water/trash/internet), kitchen dinnerware, basic cookware, and linens (bed sheets, bath towels, etc.) are provided. Guests also have access to the amenities of the Portofino I community, including a seasonally heated pool and beach access, but the Host is not responsible if these amenities are unavailable. Guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of booking for verification purposes to confirm their reservation. Guests will be provided with a key code for access to each property. The maximum occupancy is 31 persons, including children of all ages: 15 at 1418 N Waccamaw Dr and 16 at 1426 N Waccamaw Dr. Parties and subleasing are not allowed. Check-in time is 4 pm on the first day of the reservation, and check-out time is 10 am on the last day. Parking: Each house includes private parking under the house and on the driveway for up to 4 cars, one behind the other, for up to 8 cars total. No parking pass needed. Boats, trailers, and campers must be parked UNDER the house, or face a 48 hour limit on the driveway. Commercial vehicles cannot be parked overnight. Pets: Up to [CONFIRM WITH ADRIENNE: 2 dogs per house, 4 total] are welcome at $75 per dog per night. Please add them to your reservation when you book. Dogs are welcome on a leash of 7 feet or less around the deck, lawn, driveway, and beach. Furniture, beds, and the pool area are for human guests. From May 1 to Labor Day, dogs can enjoy the beach before 10am and after 5pm. The rest of the year, any time. Please pick up after your dog. Damage or extra cleaning may be charged after your stay. Local Ordinances: Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and rules set by the Portofino I Homeowner's Association (HOA). Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for maintaining the properties' condition and cleanliness. They must remove trash and report any damage or defects to the Host. Guests are liable for any damage caused and may incur additional cleaning charges if necessary. Access: The Host or their representatives may enter the properties for repairs, inspections, or pest treatments with 24-hour notice or in emergencies. Cancellation of reservations is generally non-refundable unless booked through a third-party system with a different cancellation policy. Guests must vacate the properties on the completion date and time of their reservation, or eviction notice due to violation of the agreement. Failure to comply may result in fees of $1,000 per incident.

Your beach, your pool The pool, beach access, and outdoor showers are shared by only 10 homes, so it feels like your own corner of the beach. The pool is heated April through October and Thanksgiving week. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards are provided at both houses. Dogs Dogs are welcome: up to 2 per house, 4 total at $75 per dog per night, with no deposit. Morning walks start right at the dunes.
